GamesPK 14 Terms and Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms come into effect the moment you complete registration at GamesPK 14. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. GamesPK 14 will notify members of material changes via email or an in-platform notification, but it remains your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and GamesPK 14. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account at GamesPK 14, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of GamesPK 14.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated bots are not permitted to register.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. False information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold an active account at GamesPK 14. Each person is entitled to one account only.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that would prohibit you from using online gaming services.

GamesPK 14 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your membership. This includes copies of your CNIC, mobile wallet registration details or bank account confirmation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the restriction of your account and the suspension of any pending withdrawals.

GamesPK 14 may decline a registration application at its sole discretion and is not required to provide a reason for doing so. If your application is declined and you believe this was in error, you may contact the support team at support@gamespk14.bet.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GamesPK 14 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances — including family members, friends or colleagues.

• Use a strong, unique password for your GamesPK 14 account that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Never respond to emails or messages requesting your GamesPK 14 password — the platform will never ask for it this way.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.

Any transaction or activity carried out using your GamesPK 14 credentials is considered authorised by you. GamesPK 14 will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to secure your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact GamesPK 14 support immediately so the account can be secured.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at GamesPK 14 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits are accepted via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your GamesPK 14 balance within seconds of successful completion.
• IBFT transfers may take up to two hours to reflect depending on the sending bank's processing time.
• You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There are no withdrawal fees charged by GamesPK 14.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a specific exemption has been granted by the GamesPK 14 finance team.
• GamesPK 14 targets a processing time of under ten minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals and under two hours for bank transfers. Actual times may vary during periods of high volume.

GamesPK 14 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal — particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts or withdrawals to a new payment method. These checks are for your protection and are standard practice at responsibly operated gaming platforms.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed at GamesPK 14 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each game or sporting event. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are accepted only when placed within the open betting window for each market. No bet placed after the closing of a market will be accepted.
• The odds displayed at the time you confirm a bet are the odds that will apply to that bet. Subsequent market movements do not affect confirmed bets.
• In the event of a technical error affecting the odds displayed for a market, GamesPK 14 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes to player accounts.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. GamesPK 14 may adjust maximum limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns.
• Winnings on settled bets are credited to your GamesPK 14 balance immediately after official result confirmation.
• In the event of a disputed result, GamesPK 14 will suspend settlement of the relevant market pending official confirmation from the governing body or official data provider.

For cricket betting specifically, GamesPK 14 uses official match data provided by recognised cricket governing bodies. Ball-by-ball markets update in real time during live fixtures. The specific rules for each cricket market — including void conditions for rain interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis recalculations — are available on the Cricket Betting page of the platform.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

GamesPK 14 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your GamesPK 14 account. Real money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• GamesPK 14 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion that has been claimed through fraudulent means, technical exploitation, or in violation of the spirit of the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe stated for each promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Refer a Friend bonuses are governed by the specific terms stated on the Refer a Friend page. The referring member and the referred member must both meet the conditions for the bonus to be credited.

7 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use GamesPK 14 only for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the GamesPK 14 platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game or market — including sharing cards in Poker, coordinating Andar Bahar bets, or sharing live casino information between connected accounts.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in any game or market. Any such bugs must be reported to GamesPK 14 support immediately.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using payment accounts that are not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions placed on your GamesPK 14 account.
• Using your GamesPK 14 account for money laundering, terrorism financing or any other illegal financial activity.

GamesPK 14 employs monitoring systems that analyse betting patterns, account activity and transaction behaviour. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be reviewed by the compliance team. During any review, deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while the investigation is ongoing.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the GamesPK 14 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, odds displays, design elements, written content and software — is the intellectual property of GamesPK 14 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any GamesPK 14 content without prior written permission.
• You may not use the GamesPK 14 brand, logo or name in any external publication, website or social media post without specific authorisation from GamesPK 14.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code from any part of the GamesPK 14 platform is strictly prohibited.

9 Privacy & Data

GamesPK 14 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering at GamesPK 14, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

GamesPK 14 does not sell your personal data to third parties and does not share it with marketing partners. Data is used solely for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance and service improvement. 10 Responsible Gaming

GamesPK 14 takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools to help members maintain control over their activity on the platform. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in your account settings. These limits activate immediately and can be reduced at any time.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from GamesPK 14 — from 24 hours to 30 days — during which your account will be locked for betting and gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from GamesPK 14. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the period selected (minimum six months). GamesPK 14 will not reactivate a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GamesPK 14 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses — even if GamesPK 14 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from delays, interruptions, errors or omissions in the platform caused by factors outside GamesPK 14's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment processor downtime, or third-party data feed failures.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension for Terms violations.

Nothing in these Terms limits GamesPK 14's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by GamesPK 14's negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

You acknowledge that all gambling involves risk and that GamesPK 14 provides gaming services on an "as-is" basis. The platform does not guarantee any specific outcome, return or winnings from any game or bet placed at GamesPK 14.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

GamesPK 14 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any member account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification when requested.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activity.
• If the member is discovered to be under 18 years of age.
• At the member's own request (voluntary account closure).

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, GamesPK 14 will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the member via their registered email address. Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, GamesPK 14 will determine the disposition of any remaining balance based on the circumstances of the violation. Balances arising from fraudulent deposits or bonus abuse may be voided.

Members who wish to close their GamesPK 14 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at support@gamespk14.bet. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the member via their primary withdrawal method within five business days.

13 Changes to These Terms

GamesPK 14 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, GamesPK 14 will notify members via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice displayed within the platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notification.

Continuing to use GamesPK 14 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date by contacting the GamesPK 14 support team.

14 Contact & Disputes

If you have a question, concern or complaint regarding these Terms or any activity on your GamesPK 14 account, please contact us in the first instance through the live chat feature available in your account dashboard. Live chat is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is staffed by human support agents familiar with all aspects of the GamesPK 14 platform.

For formal written complaints, you may email the GamesPK 14 support team at support@gamespk14.bet. Written complaints will receive a substantive response within 48 hours of receipt. All complaints are logged and reviewed by the Customer Experience Lead.

• In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet settlement, please provide the bet reference number, the market name, the event and the reason for your dispute in your initial communication.
• GamesPK 14 will review all disputed settlements against official match data and market rules. Decisions on disputed settlements are final once the review process is complete.
• Disputes regarding account balances, deposits or withdrawals should be raised with the reference numbers provided in your transaction history for fastest resolution.

These Terms and the relationship between you and GamesPK 14 are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which GamesPK 14 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the complaint process described above will be referred to the relevant competent authority as required by applicable law.
